Nineteen of the 43 clinics have been posted. Many of the presentations included copyrighted images or material which we only had permission to use once during the actual clinic. In other cases, the clinicians did not wish to have their information made available on the website and we have respected their wishes. That is why the other 24 clinics are not listed.
